Service Terms & Policies
JVAN Services operates exclusively outside of traditional business hours. Client meetings, communication, support, and project work are performed during evenings, weekends, and other designated after-hours timeframes. Clients should not expect immediate responses during standard business hours.
Business Management services require a minimum three-month commitment. Month-to-month pricing reflects the minimum engagement period unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Business Management packages are contract-based. Package hours must be utilized within the designated 30-day service period and do not roll over to subsequent months.
• A one-time onboarding fee of $200.00 is required for all new Business Management clients. This fee is due prior to the start of services and covers client setup, systems review, and onboarding.
Social Media Management and CRM Setup are specialty services. These services are available as paid add-ons exclusively to active Business Management clients.
Hourly services are available for short-term projects and consulting engagements. A minimum two-hour booking is required.
JVAN Services specializes in business operations, systems, and strategic management support. Clerical, secretarial, executive assistant, personal assistant, and administrative support services are not offered. This includes, but is not limited to, calendar management, inbox management, travel coordination, data entry, and personal tasks.
• Clients are responsible for providing timely access to information, systems, and resources necessary to complete agreed-upon services. Delays in client communication or access may impact project timelines and deliverables.
Notary services are offered separately from Business Management services. Business Management clients who require notarizations may request notary services at any time; however, all notarial acts will be billed separately at the standard notary signing fee per signature/stamp.
By engaging JVAN Services, clients acknowledge and agree to these policies, as well as any additional terms outlined in their signed service agreement.
