My Mission.
My mission is to help boost the confidence, vision, and purpose that you have for your business, and help you reach your business goals by building a solid and meaningful team relationship with you and your team.
Why I started.
I know how it feels when it seems like there are just not enough hours in the day. Juggling a full-time job, being a parent, being a spouse, and wearing other many hats, while trying to run a business or multiple businesses on the side, can be extremely stressful. Then, you have to sacrifice your spare time doing the back-end tasks for your business AND work on your revenue-generating tasks, which always results in things slipping through the cracks. This can easily lead to burnout, anxiety, and disorganization.
I understand how valuable it is to have structure for the day-to-day operations of a business, no matter what size your business is. My footprint in each business or job I’ve ever worked in was always finding a way to keep things running like a well-oiled machine, and I wanted to be able to offer that to other small business owners like myself.
I earned my Notary Public License in a previous employment position and decided to add it to my brand as a badge of honor and to be able to give back to my community.

About me, Jakia Durham Kelly.
I’m a Syracuse Native, but lived in Washington DC during my childhood; a Wife; a Mother; and a DIY enthusiast.
I earned my associate’s degree in Criminal Justice from Herkimer County Community College; and earned my Bachelors Degree in Sociology from Syracuse University.
I have a Paralegal and Administrative background of 10 years, which is where my passion for operations management and organization comes from.
